Realistic Goals

After showing the Bennett video to The Husband (yes, I am a proud birthmom to say the very least! ...and I was pretty impressed with myself that I could post a video on the blog without too many malfunctions), he asked if that was why I want a monkey.

...Apparently I have requested a monkey often enough for him to notice that I want one...

Me: I always wanted a monkey!
The Husband: Well, I always wanted a penguin, so...
Me: ... penguins are a lot harder to obtain than monkeys...

Obviously a monkey is a more logistical, realistic goal.
That's a no-brainer.
Jeeze.

Out of the Mouths of Babes

I was sent this video via e-mail yesterday (Monday).
Unfortunately with my hectic schedule (more on that in the future) I wasn't able to view it until today.
But since then I have viewed it about a gazillion-billion-trillion-centillion times.
**FYI: Centillion is 10 to the power of 303 (United States and Modern British)...thanks wikipedia for making me look smart!**

Anyway.
I don't want to brag or anything, but this little Monster is about 20 months, and a GENIUS!
I am so proud of him.
I could gush on forever about how wonderful life has been since B.
He has transformed my life, every day is a gift and a blessing.
I owe him a lot.
He is my favourite gift. For life.

I can hardly wait until our next play-date.
Hopefully we can teach him some variation of my name.
(That would basically make my forever. Just saying.)

If you want to play this video a few times, feel free, I won't judge.
